The Eagles' Nests Landscape Park is one of the interesting most protected areas of Silesia (part of the park is also located in the province of Lesser Poland), and at the same time, it is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Poland. The park, which covers the central part of the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland, has valuable natural objects, as well as many historical sites. The park's name comes from the majestic castles erected on limestone rocks called Eagles’ Nests. The area is crisscrossed with a dense network of hiking trails.
